What is Family Therapy?
Families are complex systems, shaped by shared histories, relationships, and patterns of relating that can be both nurturing and challenging. At times, differences in perspective, communication, or unmet emotional needs can create distance, conflict, or a sense of disconnection.
Family therapy offers an opportunity to listen more deeply and develop a greater understanding of one another. Together, we explore the patterns and dynamics within the family with curiosity and compassion, making room for each person’s experience, feelings, and perspective. By fostering more open communication and greater awareness of how family members affect one another, therapy can help create new possibilities for connection, understanding, and change.
My goal is to support families in developing more meaningful ways of relating, navigating challenges, and strengthening the relationships that matter most.
